Not all database sheets listed in Template Wizard due to sheet limit.
Cause:
Data in a template can only be linked to the first 25 sheets in an existing database. When a template is linked to a database that contains more than 25 sheets, Excel does not display a message indicating that this limit exists and that not all the sheets in the database will be available in the 'Sheet' or 'Table' drop-down list box.
Solution:
As a workaround, create and link to databases with less than 25 sheets. If the database already has more than 25 sheets, link the template data to the first 25 sheets, or move additional sheets to a new database so that they can be linked to using the Template Wizard.
To move worksheets to a new Excel database:
1) Select the worksheets to be moved.
NOTE: To select more than one worksheet, hold down CTRL while selecting additional sheet tabs.
2) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Move or Copy Sheet...'. (The Move or Copy dialog box appears.)
3) Select '(new book)' from the 'To Book' drop-down list.

4) Click 'OK'. (A new database with the moved sheets will be created automatically.)
